Are you based in Carnarvon?

Yes! We are based in the town of Carnarvon, situated 900kms from Perth, Western Australia.

 

When do I need to order by?

Our cutoff time for same day delivery is 11am. If you are cutting it fine and are needing flowers delivered, we always recommend calling first to avoid disappointment. All orders placed after 11am will automatically be delivered the next available delivery day unless specified.

 

Will my order look like the picture?

The images provided are of our original work but are for inspiration purposes only. Due to our preference of using seasonal produce, our flowers change daily and weekly. Due to seasonal availability, it is impossible to have access to the same flowers all year round. If the flowers in the picture you have selected are not available, we will substitute them with flowers of similar colour and equal dollar value. If you would like something quite specific, please call us direct to discuss seasonal pricing and availability. You’ll also find our most recent blooms featured on regular updates of our social media pages.

 

How long will my flowers last?

Excellent Question! Our blooms are fresh in almost every day, and whilst we take utmost care of our blooms, the lifespan of flowers vary greatly between varieties. You can expect 5-8 days, but if cared for correctly certain varieties can extend far beyond that. 

 

Can I pre-order?

You sure can! Simply enter the desired delivery date at the time of ordering. Remember to check it doesn’t fall on a Sunday or public holiday. Should it fall on these days/dates, they will be sent on the next available delivery date.

 

What time will my order be delivered?

All orders are delivered between 8am-2pm, unless in a peak period such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day where flowers can be delivered anywhere up to 5pm.

 

Can I Have my order delivered at a specific time?

We’re good but we aren’t magicians! As much as we would love to fulfill each client’s specific requests for timed deliveries, unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific times. All orders are delivered between 8am-2pm, unless in a peak period such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day where flowers can be delivered anywhere up to 5pm. If you do have a special timed request, simply call us to discuss and we will try our best to arrange this for you.

 

Do you cater for special occasions and events?

Yes absolutely. We can cover all of your flower needs; weddings, functions, funerals, daily flowers and everything else in between.

 

I have an issue with my order?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any problems or in the instance, you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 24hrs so we can do our best to correct this for you.
